This is what the inventory of Bien’ici portal sales ads reveals, in the fourth quarter of 2023. So much for the cross of executive housing. In fact, as of January 1, 2025, all properties were rated G in the DPE simply, the rent will be prohibited. This ban will be extended to all F homes, from 2028. Thus, the more thermal sieves an area has today… The greater the risk of reduced rental stock in the coming years. The real problem, however many municipalities are already experiencing a very serious rental shortage.
